06/20/16 16:24 Bella Swan is seven year old spayed tortie domestic shorthair. She was surrendered by her owner due to allergies of a family member. She was with her owner since she was seven months old and was found on the street as a kitten. Bella is shy around strangers and will takes several visits to the home before she gets comfortable. She has lived with three adults and two children ages 4 to 8. She is described as relaxed and affectionate towards the children, she will enagage in gentle play. She lived with a small breed dog in the home and is described as relaxed and tolerant , she would play exuberantly with the dog. Bella was not bathed or had her nails trimmed. She loves petting and likes to be held. She is described as mellow, shy and independent. She has a medium activity and she likes to play with yarn and balls. She can be found in her favorite spot the kitchen cabinet. She is litterbox trained and uses an uncovered litterbox and crystals litter. Owner stated since Bella is so independent she will do best in a home where the potential owner is just looking for a companion. Upon intake Bella Swan was relaxed and allowed all handling. Counselor was able to collar, scan (negative) and photograph.

She is described as relaxed and affectionate towards the children. Bella Swan lived with a small breed dog in the home. She is described as relaxed and tolerant of the dog. She would also play exuberantly with the dog. Reaction to assessor: Bella Swan does not come to front but looks at you calm and relaxed When spoken quietly: Bella Swan starts to roll around at the back of the cage Reaction to door cage opening: Bella Swan remains soft and relaxed Reaction to touch: Bella Swan allows petting and attention but appears wary about coming to the front of the cage Try picking cat up: Bella Swan becomes tense and nervous when held Behavior Determination: Average At the time of the assessment Bella Swan was displaying friendly behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting.
