radiographs: lateral and VD pelvic, full body VD: complete fracture of distal femur at growth plate (type 1 salter harris fracture); pelvis wnl
a: underage, underweight; type 1 salter harris fracture of right femur; possible thoracic trauma
p: gave buprenex 0.04ml sublingual. rec placement asap. fair prognosis
