right eye is crusted; has a wound extending from lateral canthus
cleaned eye with warm water and applied erythromycin ointment
ears are clean
no nasal discharge
dehydrated noted; skin tent, pale MM
cold extremities, shivering – provided heat support
0.3 lb; BCS: 3/5
has diarrhea; parvo test: negative
rear end is inflamed – applied TAB ointment
bottle feeding well
as per OC dr. 0844, erythromycin ointment OD BID x 10 days
