ASHLEY – A1072636
Safe - 5-19-2016 Brooklyn Rescue: Animalkind Please honor your pledges: http://www.animalkindny.com/
***SAFE 05/19/16*** ASHLEY is a 7 year old NEUTERED boy, who lived with his previous owner since he was a kitten. He was dumped off at the ACC with reason stated as “pet health”. In other words, his irresponsible ex-owner couldn’t be bothered to take this poor boy to a vet. Perhaps they thought the “vets” at the ACC could offer him treatment. Well, little did they know that the only “medicine” prescribed at the shelter is DEATH. Ashley has a boo boo on his face and in his mouth that needs tending too, and the poor love is in pain. Despite this, he still managed to earn himself an EXPERIENCED rating. He allows petting, but is tense, most likely due to his discomfort level. Ashley needs a hero who can get him to a real vet, and surely once he is feeling better will show his true colors! A FOSTER situation might be ideal for this boy, because a New Hope rescue can assist with his medical bills while you concentrate on giving Ashley the TLC he needs so desperately! Of course, he can be adopted out right by anyone willing to go the extra mile for him. Please contact the Help Desk at [email protected] if you’d like to work with a New Hope partner. Ashley has until NOON TOMORROW, so don’t hesitate! He needs you NOW!
