Medical Summary 10/12/16 Microchip scan Neg. O: BARH. mm=pink, moist, CRT<2 s. Friendly, allows all handling. ORAL: Adult canine teeth erupted. Still has deciduous premolars. EENT: No oculonasal discharge. H/L: Intermittent Gr. 2/6 systolic murmur. HR=240, RR=20. ABD: Palpation WNL. UG: Intact male. INTEG: Full, clean haircoat. A: Intermittent cardiac murmur DDX: Physiologic murmur, congenital abnromality, HCM. Otherwise apparently healthy. P: Rec re-evaluation of heart prior to any surgery including PE, possible ultrasound if murmur still present. Good prognosis with appropriate workup and management.
