Tries to bite tongue depressor during oral exam. Once scruffed was able to handle Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – no Objective P = wnl R = eupneic BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: kitten dentition, no oral ulcers, adult incisors erupting PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated, distended U/G: Unilateral cryptorchid-one testicle slides in and out of the scrotrum and the other could not be palpated MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Apparently healthy Unilateral cryptorchid-one testicle slides in and out of the scrotum and the other could not be palpated Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC Rec neuter Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: Okay for surgery-unilateral cryptorchid
