During intake Willow allowed the Counselor to collar her and take her picture with no problems.

Willow was brought in with limited information on their behavior history or tendencies in a home environment. She lived in a home with several other cats and was reported to be relaxed and affectionate around them. When meeting the staff at the ACC for the first time Willow was shy but allowed the counselor to pet and pick her up with no problem.

Sitting in the litter box. She perks up when I open the cage door, then leans in for attention. Gives head butts. Relaxed body, tail erect. Friendly and outgoing. Didn’t mind being picked up/held.

Subjective: BAR. Food untouched with sneeze marks in the cage but no csvd noted. Mild blepharospasm.

EENT: Eyes have mild serous d/c with blepharospasm, no nasal d/c noted
HL: No sneezing or coughing noted on cage exam, eupneic, normal RR/RE
NEURO: Alert and appropriate
