Enjoyed being held and did well for all medical procedures Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – no Objective P = wnl R = eupneic BCS 5/9 EENT: Eyes no d/c, corneal scarring and microphthalmia OS, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: adult incisors with kitten canines and premolars/molars, no oral ulcers PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: MI, 2 testicles descended MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, short tail CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Congenital ocular defect OS Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC Fluorescein stain OS-negative Prognosis: excellent SURGERY: ok to schedule for surgery
