***SAFE 08/31/16*** VICTOR – ONCE A RESIDENT OF THE ACC… BUT WAS ADOPTED. NOW, HE’S BEEN RETURNED 2 YEARS LATER TO THE VERY PLACE THAT WILL KILL HIM AGAIN! VICTOR was just a kitten when his previous owners adopted him. Now, these cold- -hearted, selfish owners returned him due to, “NO TIME!” HOW ROTTEN!!! And of course, in ACC fashion, they just had to make it harder on the 2 year old by giving him a RESCUE ONLY RATING!! PLEASE..offer to FOSTER OR ADOPT this adorable guy! THEN… contact a New Hope rescue and get this guy outta here….FOR GOOD, THIS TIME!!!
