Scanned negative History : Owner surrender, no hx given Subjective: Alert, eats canned food well on her own from a bowl, ambulates around exam table well Observed Behavior – Allows all handling Objective BAR-H, BCS 3/9, MMs pink EENT: Mild granular discharge AU. Eyes clear, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Clean deciduous teeth PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Female kitten, small amount of crusting on fur around vulva MSI: Ambulatory x 4, small amount of flea dirt. No masses noted, healthy hair coat. CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: Normal externally Assessment: 1. Underweight, BCS 3/9 2.
