SAFE 9/23/16 Tuggs and Baby girl were brought here because their youngest baby is afraid of cats. The owner was upset about bringing them here and left without leaving information about these kitties. Tuggs is a super sweet love while Baby Girl is a bit tense in the shelter environment.
