Medical Summary scan negative S/O: brought in by transport, reported to be kicked by neighbor and limping in front limb, but toe touching EENT: pink gums, euhydrated, missing lower L canine, R lower canine pointing slightly outward, mild tartar and gingivitis, mild purulent d/c from OU ABN: SNP UROGEN: MI both testicles descended M/S: amb x4, no obv orthopedic instabilities or pain noted when all limbs palpated, but p trying to flee, so difficult to assess gait BCS 2.5/5 H/L: NSF LN: NSF A: thin OU: r/o mild infection h/o limping in FL’s: r/o soft tissue vs. orthopedic vs. other reported to be kicked by neighbor in face oligodontia, mild dental and periodontal dz P: buprenorphine 0.1ml at side of cheek/orally every 12hrs for 4 days erythromycin ointment OU BID x7 days monitor appetite if time permits consider radiographs if limping long term rec neuter, cbc/chem/ua as general health screen, dental px with possible extractions prognosis: good
