Very friendly and did well for all medical handling Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – no Objective P = wnl R = wnl BCS: 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted but moderate audible upper resp congestion Oral Exam: severe dental disease with oligodontia PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic, severe upper resp congestion ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: MN MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, matted haircoat and unkempt with some feces and urine in coat – mats clipped by 1059 CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Moderate URI Matted Plan: Start doxycycline 10mg/kg PO SID x10d Move to iso Shave off mats Prognosis:good SURGERY: neutered
