SAFE 7/1/18 Poor THUNDER was brought into the shelter with pebble-like debris all over his fur. It is unknown what happened to him or where he was but he was lethargic and unable to stand. Thunder also has an ulcerated wound on his front leg. He is underweight, dehydrated and mildly anemic and needs further medical. Please help Thunder today.

Oral Exam: neg oral, no lingual ulcers noted
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT > 2, Lungs clear, eupnic, normal RR/RE
ABD: soft and non painful, no masses palpated. Red/pink coloring on fur by umbilicus, but no wounds noted
U/G: MI, 2 testicles
MSI: Ambulatory x 4 but weak, prefers lateral/sternal recumbency. Skin free of parasites, no masses noted. Haircoat is dirty with a lot of pebble-like debris stuck on. Ulcerated wound on front right lateral, scabbed over.
CNS: Aware, depressed.

vet check tomorrow — reassess hydration and adjust IVF accordingly. Can leave medical once euhydrated, eating well on own, BAR and doing well.
Addendum:
Accidentally dosed convenia, cerenia, and simbadol @ 7.58kg instead of 3.45kg. No adverse affects noted, except for mild sedation and dysphoria, likely from the simbadol.
