Approx 4-6 week old IM DSH S: QAR, 7% dehydrated O: -EENT: moderate to marked green, purulent dc OU with eyes crusted shut, corneas clear but marked conjunctivitis; moderate green nasal dc -HL: WNL -ABD: SNP -MSI: BCS 1-2/9, ambx4, marked generalized muscle atrophy; large amount of fly eggs on face, limbs -Neuro/PLN/repro: WNL; 2 descended testicles, bladder small soft, kidneys appropriate A: -URI -Thin -Dehydrated -Fly eggs -Pale P: -Combed thoroughly to remove fly eggs -Applied front line spray -Start doxycyline 10 mg/kg PO SID x 10 days -Start ciprofloxacin OU BID x 7 days -Start ponazuril 0.1 ml/# (repeat tomorrow) -Start panacur tomorrow x 3 days -Vaccinate tomorrow FVRCP -Gave 10 ml SQ LRS; repeat BID tomorrow -Gave 0.1 ml PO dextrose
