Medical Summary 05/05/16 14:02 initial exam microchip scan negative approx 3 year old female intact DSH cat came in with her 3 kittens (about 4 weeks old) BAR, hydrated, no URI signs, mm’s pink and moist maxillary canine teeth fractured bilaterally ear mites AU – cleaned ears on exam no fleas seen, full hair coat mammary glands developed but WNL, no mastitis amb x 4, no lameness or neuro deficits noted heart and lungs WNL on auscultation plan gave 0.8 ml pyrantel gave 0.1 ml ivermectin applied activyl topically gave FVRCP and rabies vaccines cleaned ears on exam – repeat ear cleaning and ivermectin in 2 weeks
