Hides in back of cage, tries to flee while handling but allows all handling Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No P = 220 R = 50 BCS: 5/9 EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Decidious dentition, otherwise WNL PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: intact female MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Underage, Underweight Plan: No medications necessary, monitor weight – once of weight OK for surgery Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to underage, underweight
