S: Nestled in a pile with the other 4 kittens of the litter. On exam table, walks around and meows. Allows all handling and vaccination. O: BAR-H, BCS 5/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: Mildly erythematous and alopecic muzzle. No discharge OU, AU, nose. Clean deciduous teeth, all present. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. Mild flea dirt but no skin lesions noted. UG: Female kitten Wood’s lamp: negative A: 1-month-old kitten with mild flea dirt. 1 other kitten in the litter has mild conjunctivitis. Short-term prognosis: Excellent Surgery status: Temporary waiver for underage/underweight. P: 1. Gave 0.1 ml ponazuril and 0.25 ml Panacur. Sprayed with Frontline spray. 2. Monitor for URI. 1088
