S/O: QARH. Eating well. Allows handling but low growls.
EENT: Eyes clear, mild dental tartar, no nasal discharge
INTEG: Dirty unkempt hair coat, few abrasions on face, mild bloody discharge around hind end
MS: Pos withdrawal reflexes in all limbs but unable to stand, crepitus at right hip
UG: Expelled placenta at hind end
Radiograph review (done while animal was awake, poor positioning) – complete fracture of right ischium, possible right SI luxation; one fully developed fetus appreciated
A: Right pelvic fracture, pregnant, fetus likely unviable at this time
P: Rec buprenex 0.32ml q12 x 5 days. Rec orthopedic consult for sx repair vs cage rest. Will need to be spayed at outside facility due to unviable fetus with injuries. Fair/poor prognosis

INTEG: NAD
A: Neuro, paralysis
P: Intake +
Radiographs > Pregnant; possible nerve impingement secondary to pregnancy v thrombus v other

Sprawled our across the back of the kennel. Alert and focused when the door opens. Meows loudly and when I extended my hand forward. Lip licks. Tolerates petting on head. Slow blinks at first. Takes a few minutes to relax.
