I am a spayed female calico domestic sh mix. The shelter thinks I am about 5 YEARS old.
I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 01/28/2017 from NY 10029, owner surrender reason stated was LLORDPRIVA.

01/31/2017 Exam Type RE-EXAM – Medical Rating is 3 C – MAJOR CONDITIONS , Behavior Rating is NONE, Weight 10.8 LBS.
1/31/17 Hx: Reported earlier today to have open mouth breathing, dirty cage glass, nasal discharge. Sneezing and ND reported yesterday but not seen by DVM. S: Allows initial touch, but runs away when I restrain her for exam. Then comes back again, runs away again, etc. O: BAR, decreased skin turgor, estimated 5% dehydrated. MMs pink EENT: Nose is currently clean and dry. AU mild erythema, no discharge. H/L: Grade 3/6 systolic heart murmur PMI L base. Quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, enlarged, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No skin lesions noted. UG: Female A: 1. URI 2. Heart murmur 3. Mild dehydration 4. Soft but distended abdomen Short-term prognosis: Fair P: 1. Move to isolation, start doxycycline 1 ml PO SID x10 days 2. 01/28/17 16:18 Basic Information Tereza is an approximate 5 year old spayed domestic short hair. Surrendering party stated a friend simply left her pet behind and told her to keep it. Surrendering party could not keep because she already has four cats. Surrendering party kept only for one day. Tereza tolerated all handling and never displayed any signs of aggression. Behavior during Intake Tereza tolerated all handing. No signs of aggression were displayed.

KNOWN HISTORY: Tereza was brought in as a stray, so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home. She tolerated all handling during intake and did not display any signs of aggression. EVALUATION: Cage Condition: Tereza’s cage was neat. Reaction to assessor: Tereza was looking around, calm and relaxed. Reaction when softly spoken to: Tereza looks at the assessor and comes forward to sniff. Reaction to cage door opening: Tereza becomes alert, but remains calm. Reaction to touch: Tereza head-butts lightly, leans in for petting, and looks around at her surroundings. She accepts all petting, but attempts to explore outside of her cage. Reaction to being picked up: Tereza remains calm, but would leap back into her kennel after a moment. MEDICAL BEHAVIOR: A little nervous, but readily allows handling, gentle temperament ACTIVITY LEVEL: Moderate, Lively VOCAL: Quiet CHARACTER TYPE: Social, Sweet, Affectionate BEHAVIOR SUMMARY: Average Tereza interacts with the observer, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting.
