The veterinarian is temporarily waiving this animal from the spay/neuter requirements of the City of NY until such time as the illness has resolved and the pet has sufficiently recovered. Oral Exam: clean adult dentition but has oligodontia, no oral lesions noted
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic but has upper resp congestion
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: MI, 2 testicles descended
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, unkempt hair coat
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment:
URI with conjunctivitis

Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC
Move to iso
Start doxycycline 10mg/kg PO SID x10d until 4/11 (first dose given)
Start erythromycin OU BID x10d until 4/11 (first dose given)
