TARRA – A1092576

***GONE 10/10/16*** WHO ONLY KNOWS THE KIND OF STREET LIFE THAT TARRA LIVED BEFORE SHE WAS BROUGHT TO THE ACC! THE CONDITION SHE CAME IN CAN TELL HER SAD STORY…AND WE ARE LEFT TO FILL IN THE BLANKS! This girl is said to be 6 and 11, quite a leap. BUT not unbelievable, considering the ACC rarely gets any facts straight! She had embedded nails that cut her skin, dehydrated, thin, weak, emaciated and a gallop heart rhythm. She needs a competent vet STAT! Her AVERAGE RATING shows what sweet girl she really is, even through all her pain and sickness! PLEASE, OFFER to FOSTER OR ADOPT TARRA, she didn’t scratch and claw her way through the streets of NYC, just to be killed in the end!
