Hello, my name is Tandy. My animal id is #16759. I am a male orange tabby cat at the Brooklyn Animal Care Center. The shelter thinks I am about 3 years old.
I came into the shelter as a stray on 22-Dec-2017.
Original Location: 11233
Tandy is at risk due to being diagnosed with an Upper Respiratory Infection and will likely require home rest and a series of antibiotics for up to 14 days. This is a contagious illness to other cats. Tandy can go to a beginner home.

Reaction to assessor:: Tandy was lying down by the front of his kennel and meows when approached.
Reaction when softly spoken to:: Tandy looks at the assessor with soft eyes.
Reaction to cage door opening:: Tandy meows and greets the assessor by the opening.
Reaction to touch:: Tandy accepts petting and head-butts. He leans in for cheek rubs, begins to purr, and continues to rub against the assessor for attention.
