H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Neutered
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, dull hair coat, dermatitis along dorsum most significant caudally
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: Geriatric, dental disease, thin BCS, Dermatitis – R/O FAD vs other
Prognosis: Good/Open pending diagnostics
Plan: Scheduled CBC/Chem/T4/UA. Recheck appetite/vomiting tomorrow. Continue to monitor while at BACC
