Medical Summary 02/02/17 Microchip scan neg. MI, approx. 3 yrs. O: QARH. mm=pink, moist, CRT<2 s. Shy, allows all handling. ORAL: Mild gingivitis. EENT: No oculonasal discharge. H/L: Lungs clear, no murmurs/arrhythmias. ABD/UG: Intact male. Abd palpation WNL. MS: BCS=5/9. INTEG: Full, mildly dirty haircoat. A: Apparently healthy except gingivitis. P: OK for neuter surgery. Excellent prognosis.

Sugar is an orange tabby with white, male that is possible 3 years old. Sugar was surrendered to ACC due to owner being evicted. Sugar has lived with 15 cats in the house. Sugar enjoys being petted and is very affectionate.
During intake Sugar was a bit nervous but when approached slowly he allowed being collard, scanned and photographed.
ENRIHCMENT:

Shy, a little nervous, hesitant about coming forward, lying at back, but body posture and eyes are soft. Allows handling, really big and handsome ginger boy. Gave some toys and treats, opened the end kennel so he currently has a triple to really sprawl out in.
