EENT: Teeth clean, eyes clear, no ocular or nasal discharge, ears wnl H/L: normal thoracic auscultation ABD: normal abdominal palpation INTEG: small patch of alopecia at left pinnae — woods lamp neg M/S: ambulatory x 4, no apparent lameness NEURO: mentally appropriate U/G: female A: Adopter reporting residual signs of URI, doing well on PE P: disp additional doxycycline 0.5ml po q24 x 5 days, ok to schedule spay. excellent prognosis
