Lying in litterbox, ears forward and eyes alert. She leans in for petting abruptly once touched and raises her tail. Sits back down and raises her rear and tail each time my hand passes along her back. Doing well after first day!

Stormi will scratch at items in the home such as suitcases. She was provided a cardboard vertical scratching post. Stormi was provided an open litter box and clumping litter. Stormi loves water and enjoys baths. Stormi likes to be held and loves affection. Stormi loves to window watch and loves to hangout in the bathroom. Stormi has been kept only indoors and plays with socks and strings. She eats dry food Purina brand and is free fed.
Behavior Notes:
Upon intake Stormi had a loose wiggly body, she presented at the front of the carrier. She walked out when counselor opened the carrier and was scanned (negative), collared and photographed.

History : Intake 3/7. Started on IVF and given cerenia for renal damage.
CBC: mild lymphopenia, marked eosinopenia, nucleated RBC suspected
Chemistry: Marked azotemia (BUN >130, creatinine too high to read), Mild hyperphosphatemia 11.7mg/dL, Mild hyperproteinemia, and mild hyperglobulinemia
Radiographs: CXR wnl, AXR Large bladder, decreased serosal detail, contents in stomach, gas throughout large intestines
Subjective: BARH. Very friendly. Markedly improved from yesterday. No lameness noted. Good appetite. No csvd. U++ in litter box. Will recheck chemistry today and start on IVF again.

Assessment: Dehydration, underweight, lameness
Prognosis: Good/open pending diagnostics
Plan: CBC/Chem, radiographs pending. Rec IVC, start LRS @ 12ml/hr.
