EENT: OS raised TEL. OD shut with dried discharge, cleaned and opened eye, severe conjunctivitis, chemosis, raised TEL, unable to visualize cornea. Ears clean. Mucoid nasal discharge.
Oral Exam: no lesions/ulcers
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, congested
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: FI
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, fiar hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: normal externally

Storm was brought in as a stray so we cannot speak to her behavior in her previous home.
MEDICAL BEHAVIOR:

Friendly, well behaved during PE and allowed for all med handling.
ENRICHMENT NOTES:
Resting in litter box, eyes almost closed, ears a bit sideways, seemed really rundown. Lay in place when door opened, allowed and slowly leaned into pets, purred quietly. Sat calmly and allowed me to gently clean off nose. Sweet, but very lethargic.

Cage is slightly re-arranged

Storm is asleep on approach.

Storm wakes up and looks at the assessor with soft eyes and body.

Storm remains calm and relaxed.
