I came in the shelter as a STRAY on 01/16/2016 from NY 11212, owner surrender reason stated was STRAY.

Behavior Determination: Average Steeler was brought to the care center as a stray so we don’t have any behavioral history or tendencies previous to what we are seeing during the evaluation. At the time of the assessment he was displaying mellow behavior, did not come to the front of the kennel but interacts with the Assessor, appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. Steeler is displaying behavior appropriate for new or experienced cat parents.
