The shelter staff think I am about 15 weeks old.
I weigh 4 pounds.
I was found in NY 11365.
I have been at the shelter since Apr 28, 2017.

Observed Behavior -Behavior: Cryes in cage, quiet, hissses then calm, ( scare) a little bit feral.
Evidence of Cruelty seen – None
Evidence of Trauma seen – None
Objective:

T =WNL P = 200 R = 28 BCS 5/9
EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: No dental tartar, all deciduous are present, MM Pink and moist,
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Intact male
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – a little bit feral, no signs of neurologic abnormalities (full neurologic exam not performed).
Rectal: Not performed
Assessment
- Apparently Healthy
Plan/Treatment/Recommendations:
– Wt: 3.6 lb
– FIV/FeLV snap test (negative)
– Rabies Vaccine SQ RHL
Prognosis: Good (Needs socialization)
SURGERY: Okay for surgery
