EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal or ocular discharge noted
Oral Exam: Moderate tartar and gingivitis
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Soft, non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Female, no spay scar or tattoo seen. Small soft movable SQ mass associated with the right caudal-most mammary gland.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: Normal externally
Creat 2.1, BUN 49, normal liver values
Hct 31.7%, WBC 22.6 k/ul, neutrophils 17.58 k/ul, all else unremarkable
1. Suspect CKD
2. Small mammary mass
3. Emaciation and muscle wasting
Plan: Collect urine for urine specific gravity and urinalysis dipstick
Permanent waiver due to age.

Spice is a 20 years old female spayed domestic short hair calico. The previous owner had her since she was a kitten. She was surrendered to MACC because no pets were allowed.

3 Adults 1 Child 1 Cat
How is this cat around strangers?
She was friendly around strangers.
How is this cat around children?
She lived with a 16 years old who she was playful towards. She played gently with adults and children.
How is this cat around other cats?
She was aggressive towards other cats. She hissed and growled at the other cat specially when she came close to her food.
How is this cat around dogs?
She was not around dogs.
She does not have a bite history.
Has this cat ever had any medical issues?
For a New Family to Know
She was described as and affectionate cat. She followed the previous owner around the house and enjoy chasing the laser pointer. She was kept mostly indoors and slept in the bed room. Her favorite treat was tuna. The previous owner utilized clumping, clay and crystal litter without any problems.
Spice had a relaxed body posture. She allowed all handling and collaring. She went in and out of the carrier willingly.
