Oral Exam: no teeth. gingiva appears healthy
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: No murmur ausculted; CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: female, intact.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4 but paretic, skin free of parasites, no masses noted; haircoat is unkempt, slightly dirty. focal 1cm crust along dorsal head. prolonged skin tent
CNS: Mentation is slightly depressed
Rectal: grossly normal.
