Observed Behavior – bar
Evidence of Cruelty seen – n
Evidence of Trauma seen – n
Objective

EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: decid teeth
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: male
MSI: Ambulatory x3 , LHL fracture , prob distal femur
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: fx lhl
Plan: radiographs to confirm injury, foster. future amputation is a possible out come
Prognosis: fair
SURGERY: too young
