***SAFE 09/10/17*** AVERAGE RATED SPARKLES IS CALM AND SWEET AND WANTS TO BE YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND!! A volunteer writes: Sparkles is an energetic youngster who lights up the room with his confident personality and charming good looks. Standing at attention by the front of his condo, this adorable boy made sure to be noticed. When I opened his door to say hello, he pushed his face into my hand and was all about head butts and heaps of love. While looking up at me with his soulful eyes, I told him what a handsome kitty he is. A curious little fellow, he couldn’t decide between a second helping of head rubs or taking in his surroundings; he was definitely looking to explore. When it was time to say my goodbyes, this darling mister reached out his paw and placed it on my hand, as if to say “no, don’t go, we were just getting to know each other.” If you are looking for the type of buddy who will likely follow you around the house and take up residency next to your lap, Sparkles is your new best guy. Please come visit this friendly dude at Manhattan Animal Care Center. SPARKLES HAS A COLD AND NEEDS RESCUE BY NOON!!
