Attention seeking, allows all handling, explores surroundings, eating well Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective P = WNL R = WNL BCS EENT: Eyes clear, mild conjunctiviits with crusted ocular discharge, ears clean, very mild mucoid nasal dc Oral Exam: Teeth clean, pink mm, no oral ulcers PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Mild URI and conjunctivitis Plan: Rec doxycycline 0.3ml PO q24 x 10 days and erythromycin OU q24 x 10 days. Recheck days 5 and 10 Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to URI and conjunctiviits
