S: Friendly, tolerant of all handling O: BAR-H, BCS 4/9, MMs pink and moist EENT: No discharge OU, AU, nose. Clean deciduous teeth – all present. PLNs: Not enlarged. H/L: NSR, NMA. Eupnic, quiet lung sounds. Abd: Soft, no pain on palpation, no masses palpated M/S/I: Amb x4. No lesions noted. UG: Female kitten A: Healthy female kitten, estimated 5 weeks old Short-term prognosis: Excellent P: 1. Gave 0.1 ml ponazuril and 0.2 ml Panacur PO during exam 2. Seek foster placement with other kittens, and then adoption 1088
