PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: male neutered
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Assessment: in good health
Prognosis: good
Plan:
continue to monitor at ACC
SURGERY: already altered

At the front of the kennel, reaching out towards me with claws extended. Begins swiping as I open the kennel door. Seems to like rough play, but tolerates petting although he leans away, squinting eyes. Remains by the front of kennel and bats at the assessor’s hand. Showing conflicting behaviors. Sprayed feliway and need more time to adjust.
