EENT: OS shut with dried discharge, once cleaned and opened chemosis and conjunctivitis. OD mucopurulent dc and chemosis and conjunctivitis. Raised TEL OU. ears mild debris. dried nasal dc noted. Sneezing and audible congestion.
Oral Exam: decid dent. no oral lesions/ulcers
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: MI, no testicles palpated
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, possible flea dirt seen, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal: n externally
