teeth clean, moderate conjunctivitis ou, moderate mucoid nasal discharge, ears wnl
ambulatory x 4, flea dirt present
a: underweight, uri, conjunctivitis
p: rec doxycycline 0.25ml po q24 x 10 days and terramycin ou q12 x 10 days (gave first dose of each)
continue to monitor while at bacc. good prognosis
