Oral Exam: Decidiuous teeth present
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: Intact
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Rectal:
Assessment: URI
Prognosis: Fair
Plan:
1) Gave 25 cc SQ fluid
2) Give 0.3cc Doxy-c SID for 14 days
3) Give 0.1 cc Cerenia SQ SID for 3 days
4) Apply Terramycine ointment in both eye BID for 7 days
5) Put in Iso and recheck in 2 days
