Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Snackie looks tense, hiding in the cat den when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Snackie remains in place, tightly curled up, alert with eyes dilated. Reaction to touch: Snackie does not allow the touch then hisses and swats at the assessor’s hand. Placement determination: NH ONLY Snackie is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room. She is stressed in the shelter environment and does not currently tolerate petting.
