11/18/2016 BEHAVIOR EVALUATION – NH ONLY
Exam Type BEHAVIOR
Reaction to assessor: Snackie looks tense, hiding in the cat den when approached by the assessor. Reaction to door opening: Snackie remains in place, tightly curled up, alert with eyes dilated. Reaction to touch: Snackie does not allow the touch then hisses and swats at the assessor’s hand. Placement determination: NH ONLY Snackie is displaying behaviors that preclude placement in the adoptions room. She is stressed in the shelter environment and does not currently tolerate petting. The behavior department feels that placement with a New Hope Partner is the best option at this time.
