SAFE 3/23/18 DIABETIC Smokey Blue boy is dreamy with his emerald green eyes @MACC. 6 year old SMOKEY STORM was dumped in the shelter by his owner. He is a neutered boy, but is in need of some vet care. His initial blood work came back inconclusive so further blood tests are needed to see if he has diabetes. Please help this handsome gray boy who is friendly and would love a furever home where he can get the care he needs – A volunteer writes: Smokey Storm is a hunky chunk of love with a heart as big as his booty. An old soul, this sweet boy climbed into my lap in 3.2 seconds, looked up at me with emerald green eyes, and couldn’t get enough head rubs and cheek squeezes. I just wanted to take him home, so we could plop on the couch together and talk meow for hours. At 22 pounds, he needs someone willing to help him trim down to a healthier size. So bring on your wands and lasers. If you are looking for a new best buddy to warm your lap and make life much more cozy, come visit Smokey Storm at Manhattan Animal Care Center.
