Eating well Evidence of Cruelty seen – No Evidence of Trauma seen – No Objective P = WNL R = WNL BCS 4/9 EENT: Eyes clear, mild conjunctiviits and ocular discharge, ears clean, very mild sermucoid nasal discharge Oral Exam: Teeth clean, pink mm, no oral ulcers PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: Male MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Assessment: Mild URI, conjunctivitis; underweight Plan: Rec doxycycline 0.2ml PO q24 x 10 days and erythromycin OU q12 x 10 days (gave first dose) Administered FVRCP RFL and frontline spray Prognosis: Excellent SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to being underweight and mild URI
