Evidence of Cruelty seen – no Evidence of Trauma seen – no Objective T = NA P = wnl R = wnl BCS 3/9 EENT: Eyes – OS moderate blepharospasm and chemosis with mucopurulent discharge OD wnl, ears mild dirt-like debris otherwise wnl, no nasal discharge noted Oral Exam: Healthy deciduous dentition; no oral lesions seen PLN: No enlargements noted H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupnic ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated U/G: wnl MSI: Ambulatory x 4, flea dirt++++, no masses noted, healthy hair coat CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities Rectal: not performed Assessment: Underage/Underweight, Conjunctivitis OS, Flea dirt Plan: Give Dawn bath and 1/2 Capstar PO each. Seek NH or foster placement. Start on erythromycin – thin strip OS q12h x 10d. Prognosis: Good SURGERY: Temporary waiver due to underage/underweight
