***SAFE 10/13/16***TERRIFIC SWEET TUX KITTEN NEEDS FUREVER FRIEND! A volunteer writes, “Silverback is a gentle little lady. She is shy, but when you talk softly to her she will respond. She has such a gentle purr! Come down to the Manhattan Animal Care Center and meet this dainty little lady!” Five month old Silverback was sadly surrendered (along with a few of other other purrfect pals) due to “too many pets.” She has lived peacefully with children and other kitties, of course. She is a kind and gentle kitten who has spent nearly a month at the ACC. Now that she has caught the curable kitty cold, her luck has run out as she finds her precious self on tonight’s at risk list. Silverback is spayed and a real gem of a feline friend. Please let us know if you can open up your heart and home by offering to foster or adopt.
