SAFE 2/1/18 Shorty is an adorable and friendly kitten that came in with some healing wounds on face. This little angel needs a loving foster home.

Microchip noted on Intake? negative
History : ACO impound. Came in with home made e-collar.
Observed Behavior – very sweet. Easily handleable. Did well for all medical handling and procedures
Evidence of Cruelty seen – no
Evidence of Trauma seen – no
P = wnl
R = eupneic
EENT: Eyes clear, ears clean, no nasal discharge noted
Oral Exam: kitten dentition, no oral lesions noted
PLN: No enlargements noted
H/L: NSR, NMA, CRT < 2, Lungs clear, eupneic
ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, healthy hair coat, dry healing scabs on base of ears
CNS: mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities
Healing wounds on face
Plan: Continue to monitor while at BACC
Wood’s lamp negative
SURGERY: temporary waiver from surgery due to underage
