Medical Summary Microchip: negative Sex: spayed female Age: reported 7y Mentation: BARH Eyes: some injection in sclera Ears: waxy d/c, not classic coffee grind earmite appearance but is pruritic when cleaned Nose: no d/c Teeth: mild staining If abnormal BCS: WNL Skin: sebaceous activity over back, owner reported that cat was “on treatment for a skin issue” and also “recovering from a dog attack” but no further information given and owner was unable to collect belongings including medications, cat has personal e-collar in place Hair Coat: WNL Declawed: no Any injuries: self mutilation (scratches over back) from skin condition; owner reported that cat was in a house fire, brought to MACC for observation, no obvious injury from fire but watching for smoke inhalation Behavior: friendly, walks out of carrier to handler, allows all handling for exam Medication: N/A, preventatives given
