Medical Summary scan: neg. sex: female, intact (pregnant) est age: 1-2yrs S/O: Cat is BARH, a little nervous, but sweet-leans into petting, allows all handling BCS 5/9 EENT-OS-sunken or missing, no discharge and not painful; OD-wnl Grade 0-1/4 dental dz Heart/lungs auscult wnl Abdomen – slightly tense on palpation, can palpate fetus(es) cranial to bladder Coat-wnl Field driver reported lameness, but cat is amb x 4 with no noticeable lameness; no heat or swelling noted on the limbs A: OS is sunken or missing (possible old injury or congenital defect), does not seem to bother cat Pregnant P: Cat can move to holding; recommend OVH ASAP PROGNOSIS: Excellent-Good
