ABD: Non painful, no masses palpated
U/G: female intact.
MSI: Ambulatory x 4, skin free of parasites, no masses noted, good hair coat
CNS: Mentation appropriate – no signs of neurologic abnormalities

temporary surgical waiver due to age/weight/conjunctivitis
