***SAFE 06/16/16***BEGINNER SWEETHEART SCARLETT IS FELV+ AND WAS DUMPED BY HER OWNER FOR HAVING TOO MANY PETS!! SCARLETT came in with another cat named LEIA – A1076382 who is not listed tonight. Sadly, she was thought to be healthy but then after the SNAP test, she came back positive for FELV. However, this head-butting, affectionate kitty stole the heart of a volunteer at the shelter. A volunteer writes: Scarlett is a serene, but playful young lady who is equally as pretty as her daughter, Leia. She’s savvy, but she’ll lovingly look at you for attention. Scarlett is very receptive to play, and of course being petted too. This petite mama cat would make the long days of summer even more enjoyable if she were to share them with you. SCARLETT LIVED WITH OTHER CATS AND A DOG AS WELL AS CHILDREN. SHE DESERVES TO LIVE AND NEEDS A FOSTER OR ADOPTER TO STEP UP FOR HER NOW. FELV SHOULD NOT BE A DEATH SENTENCE. EMAIL THE HELP DESK AT [email protected] FOR RESCUE INFO NOW.
